Payment Methods
Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover,
Diner's Club payable in U.S. funds, no COD orders. Credit card payments
will be charged at the time of order. This is when the merchandise will
be reserved for the customer.
Shipping
O'Keefe's Reef will ship
to any angler or diver anywhere in the world. Shipping pricing below
is for Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. All other shipments
outside the continental United States will be charged relative to the
costs. For shipping costs out of country,
submit your order and we will notify you with the shipping costs prior
to charging your credit card.
O'Keefe's Reef ships
via UPS Standard and US Mail "Priority Mail" service. Expect
receipt of your goods within 14 business days after your order
date. There is no "rush" delivery. Please plan ahead for birthdays
and holidays.

Sales Tax
We are not required to collect sales
tax on deliveries except where we have a business location. For
customers in Michigan all applicable taxes will be added to your
order.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to change pricing
at any time without notice. If you place an order the same day
as a price change occurs you may e-mail or call us to qualify
for the reduced price. We will then credit your account for the
difference.
Return Policy
All O'Keefe's Reef merchandise is
custom made to order. We will replace only defective goods that
have been mis-sewn or mis-printed.
Our sizes run generous but we suggest you order the size you generally wear.

When orders are placed, we will ask
for billing information to complete your purchase. All information
collected through our shopping cart's checkout pages is through
a 128 bit encrypted connection to your browser, using a valid
SSL certificate issued to Okeefe's Reef, Inc.. Your billing name,
address, and purchase details are retained in our secure databases.
We do not store or mail your credit card numbers.
Use of Cookies
Our shopping cart makes use of cookies
when a visitor's Internet browser is set up to accept them. Cookies
are small data files that a web site sends to your browser for
storage on your computer's hard drive. No personal data whatsoever
is stored or transmitted via cookies originating from our site.
The cookie sets a complex number. That is it. We use the number
on our side to keep your shopping cart initialized to the correct
person. The cookie is not used to track any Internet activity.
We do not track any other activity with it, on our site, or the
Internet.
Use of Information
All information collected by our online
ordering system is used solely for in house ordering and transaction
management: to register your products, to resolve billing issues,
to mail you receipts, invoices, special access codes to our developer
areas. We do not use our ordering system's information, i.e.,
email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, for anything outside
what is required to complete transactions. We do not use any
of your information to mail unsolicited mail. You must voluntarily
sign up for our announcements mailing list to receive notices
of articles, software updates, etc.

Federal and International Authorities, including the FBI, The
Department of Justice, The Federal Trade Commission, and the
National White Collar Crime Center.
